Abstract

Sadiq Shaheen is a well known poet & writer. He is famous for his Punjabi poetry, riddle, puzzle or folk tales, having unique style and simplicity. He had specialty in poetry writing for children. Poetry and riddles depict his deep love for Punjabi children literature. He has four children’s literature poetry books at his credit analysis “Chiriyan Tootay Kaan”, “Chanan Wandday Jugnu”, “Gallan de vich Gall Likai” & Kach Dian Wangan. He has special expertise in presenting delicate thoughts enveloped with deep insight and devotion. This article throws light on his mastery of children literature and analysis his poetry in terms of presentation of pure inner feelings.
