It is called the cultural, educational , historical city, the heart of Pakistan and the city of gardens. Developing nations are always connected to their culture and civilization . If a nation is separated from its culture. It forget its identity. Culture institutions are created to manage the culture of any country.Punjab Institution of Language Art and Culture (PILAC) is a cultural institution.The first purpose of PILAC was to take care of the culture of Punjab. Alhamra Art Council and Museum are also considered cultural institutions of Punjab.
